Axiomaly Academy offers online vocational training in production, VFX, animation, video games, and related fields.
These Terms regulate the relationship between the user (hereinafter, "the student") and AxiomVFX S.L. (hereinafter, "Axiomaly"), including access, participation, and use of the content, services, and materials on the platform.
2. Access to the platform
Access to the platform is personal, limited, and non-transferable.
Each student will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
It is forbidden to share or resell access to third parties.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.
Axiomaly reserves the right to deny access to any user who makes improper use of the platform's services and materials.
3. Training Modality
The programs include live classes, access to recordings, supplementary materials, and participation in practical projects.
The structure is organized into modules and progressive levels.
Axiomaly may update content and methodologies at any time to adapt to new tools, software, or professional standards.
Live classes may be recorded and archived for internal use and academic review of the student.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials (videos, documents, presentations, guides, templates, exercises, recordings, etc.) are the exclusive intellectual property of Axiomaly or its licensors.
The student obtains a personal, non-commercial license for said materials.
Reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation without written permission from Axiomaly is prohibited.
Projects created by students during the course may be used by Axiomaly for promotional or academic purposes, always citing the authorship of the student.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
The payment of the registration fee will be made through the means enabled on the platform or by direct agreement with Axiomaly.
In case of installment payments, failure to comply with one installment may lead to temporary suspension of access.
According to article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the student has a 14-day period from the date of enrollment to exercise their right of withdrawal, as long as they have not accessed the digital content yet.
Once the course has started or the material has been accessed, the right of withdrawal will not apply (art. 103.m of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree).
Requests for refunds outside the deadline or for exceptional causes will be evaluated individually by the academic team.
6. Certifications and Professional Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program and meeting the evaluation criteria, the student will receive a certificate issued by Axiomaly Academy.
This certificate does not equate to an official degree from the Spanish educational system, but it certifies professional competencies recognized by the creative industry.
Axiomaly does not guarantee employment after completing the course.
7. Responsible use of the community
All students are expected to demonstrate respectful and professional behavior in classes, forums, and communication channels.
Offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated.
Serious violations may result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.
Students commit to respecting confidentiality of information shared during the course and of projects under development.
8. Limitation of Liability
Axiomaly is not responsible for external technical failures, internet interruptions, or user local configurations.
It also does not guarantee full compatibility of the content with all operating systems or devices.
The platform may temporarily suspend its services for maintenance, updates, or force majeure.
In no case shall Axiomaly be liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits resulting from the use of the service.
9. Modifications of the terms
Axiomaly may update these terms to reflect changes in its services or in applicable regulations.
Users will be notified via email or notice on the platform before they come into effect.
10. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable Spanish and European legislation.
In the event of a conflict, both parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), unless the law provides for another binding jurisdiction.
